Paint Color Selection  

Paint color selection is $75.00 for your entire house.......   (For an average size home within mileage) 

I will arrive at your home with four paint color decks, a porfolio of previous jobs with before and after photo's.  I will leave you with a hand writen copy of your color selections.  I  will also send you an e-mail of your color choices that you can print to give to your painter.  If you choose to use my painter than I will take care of all of the details regarding the color choices with them.                    

Realtor's Staging Special

I realize in today's market it's more important than ever that your clients' homes must stand out above the competition, and that's where I come in.  I'd like to offer to you my "No Cost Staging"....  No cost staging simply means this; I will stage your client's home with ALL THEIR OWN/EXISTING FURNISHINGS. 

This includes:

• Proper placement of furniture
• wall hangings
• accent pieces
• layering

I'll focus on the main living areas and master bedroom and master bathroom. This is a service you can suggest to your clients to help you sell their home by ensuring that it stands out above the competition.  You can also consider offering my service for your client at your expense as a benefit to obtain new listings or keep current listings in your inventory.  You too, will stand out above your competitors.  I'm sure you'll agree that with every potential buyer, it's all about the first impression!
